Content suggestions
Based on your desired conditions, your concierge will email you a proposal for a cruising plan (quote, date and time, type of boat, capacity, food and drink options, course, pier to be used, etc.).
Step03
tentative reservation
Once the date, time and boat are decided, you can make a tentative reservation (free of charge) for 7 days (using the dedicated tentative reservation form). We recommend that you make a tentative reservation first before considering your trip to ensure that other customers do not make reservations. If necessary, you can also inspect the boat, so please consult with your concierge. *If the departure date is approaching, we may shorten the tentative reservation period or not accept your tentative reservation and ask you to make payment immediately.

Step04
Provisional reservation completed & notification to final reservation
After submitting the tentative reservation form, we will check the availability of the ship again, and once availability is confirmed, your tentative reservation will be confirmed. After that, we will send you information about the deposit (at least 30% of the total cruise fare) and the terms and conditions. Please check both and make the payment within 7 days. Your reservation will be final once we have confirmed the deposit payment. *If the departure date is approaching, the total amount will be transferred. The transfer deadline may also be shortened.

Step05
Deposit payment and contract completion
Once we have confirmed the deposit, your reservation will be confirmed and we will begin arranging for crew and the pier.
Step06
Submission of required documents
After submitting the tentative reservation form, we will send you the terms and conditions and consent form by email, which you will need to submit with an electronic signature and a business card (copy of your ID). Please note that if the procedure is not completed by the time of departure, we will be unable to depart. *If the departure date is approaching, we may ask you to shorten the submission deadline or submit your application by email.

Decide on dishes and options
If you would like to decide on a meal plan or arrange additional options, please contact us at least one week in advance. *Depending on the content of your meal plan or options, we may not be able to make the arrangements in time, so please consult with us in advance.

Final number of passengers confirmed
Please confirm the final number of passengers and contact us at least 5 business days before the departure date. *Depending on the contents of the meal plan, we may not be able to adjust the amount or contents of the food due to an increase or decrease in the number of people after the plan has been confirmed. We will inform you of the deadline in advance, so please consult us.
Step09
Pay the remaining balance
Please pay the remaining balance in full three business days before the departure date. Any changes in the number of people after that date will be handled by cash payment before boarding on the day of departure.
Step10
On the day of boarding
Please contact the staff member in charge when you arrive at the pier. The staff member in charge on the day will be notified in advance. Also, please make sure that everyone is present 20 minutes before departure. Once everyone is present and the boat has arrived at the pier, we will guide you on board.

Follow-up after boarding
Our staff will contact you at a later date. Please feel free to share your opinions and thoughts about the cruise. We will strive to improve our service so that you will be even more satisfied from your next trip onwards.
