① Arrival & Waiting
Please arrive 10 minutes before departure.
Please wait in front of the restaurant until a staff member comes to escort you.
The pier is located behind the restaurant.
Please refrain for entering the restaurant.
② Life Jackets
Life jackets are required for all passengers.
All guests must wear a waist-type life jacket.
When boarding, please carry small children or hold their hands securely.
Life jackets for children are available.
③ Boarding the Boat
Our staff will guide you to the boat.
For safety reasons, please wear comfortable shoes (no high heels).

Cancellation or change the schedule due to customer’s circumstances after confirmed your reservation, there will be a cancellation fee involved regardless the cherry blossom is bloom or not.
Please research the blooming information on each media by yourself as well.
*If you are concerned about seasickness, please take your own Antiemetic medicine at least 30 minutes before boarding. Due to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, we are unable to provide medication.
*Alcohol consumption in Japan is allowed only after the age of 20.

*We will operate as scheduled even in rainy weather.
* In the event of severe weather (such as strong winds or high waves), the cruise may be canceled at the captain’s discretion.
*As there is a possibility of cruise cancellation, we will notify you the day before the cruise.
*In case cancelled after the captain’s decision, please consider transferring to an available alternative cruise.

Q: I may be late for the reservation time. Is it possible to move the departure time?
A:This plan departs on schedule as operating times are fixed, but departure can be delayed by up to approximately 10 minutes with prior notification. In such cases, the end time remains unchanged, so part of the cruising route may be shortened.(may not be able to reach the blooming area)
Q: Can I bring in some foods or drinks?
A: Please do not bring any food and drinks. If you have any allergy, please contact us.
Q: Is there restroom in the boat?
A: Yes, but it is a small toilet designed for limited space. We recommend you to go to the restroom before you arrive the meeting place.
A: Sorry, we do not have the parking place for customer. Please use coin-operated parking near pier or come by public transportation.
Q: Can I board with a wheelchair or stroller?
A: You can not bring in a wheelchair and stroller in the boat. You can leave them at the pier. Also there are stairs at the pier. Please support those who have difficulty walking.

Q: How to count the number of child?
A: Children aged 3 and above will be counted as 1 seat, the same as an adult. Regardless of passenger capacity, under 2 years child can accept maximum 4 people for cruiser Annie, and maximum 2 people for cruiser Lily.
Please ensure that the number of passengers does not exceed the capacity.
Q: Is there a waiting room?
A:There is no waiting room. Please wait in front of the restaurant ‘Lounge CRIB’ until our staff host you.
Q: Is it possible to change the route?
A: The route may be changed depending on the blooming conditions. If you would like to change the route to Odaiba bay area instead of the Meguro river, please inform our staff.
