Cruising will proceed even in the event of rain.
Our vessels have covered decks and indoor spaces, so please feel free to board with peace of mind.
The final decision on departure will be made by the captain.
If we decide to cancel service, we will contact customers by 16 PM the day before.
In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, the cruise fare will be refunded.
Instead of a refund, we can discuss rescheduling to a different date that suits your convenience.
[Regarding items not eligible for refunds] Even in the event of cancellation due to severe weather, we cannot issue refunds for items already ordered from external parties, such as bouquets of flowers or cakes . Thank you for your understanding.

The provisional booking period is usually one week, and the booking will be considered official upon receipt of the deposit.
