【Cancellation Policy】
- Up to 7 days before the event date: No cancellation will be incurred.
・6 to 2 days before the event date: 50%
・The day before and on the day of the event: 100%
*If a cancellation fee is incurred, please transfer the cancellation fee to the specified account within one week.
*If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.

【Important Notes:】
・About the weather
Depending on the weather and sea conditions, the tour may be postponed for the safety of our guests. 
If we determine that the event cannot be held, we will contact you by 10:00 a.m. the day before.
*We will depart if there is no impact from light rain or sea conditions (swells, etc.).

・If you are late for the meeting time
Please contact us if you will be late.
Please note that if the start time is delayed by more than 20 minutes, the tour end time will remain the same.
If you arrive significantly later than the scheduled time, you may be asked to move to another time.
We may decline your request to join the tour due to reservation status.

・ Clothing
You may get wet while using SUP, so please bring a change of clothes.
We can help you get there smoothly if you wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet, such as a swimsuit underneath.
*You can use the large public bath at the adjacent hotel (separate cost).
*Space on board is limited, so please keep your luggage to a minimum.
