〇 Reservation and process up to the day 〇
1. Please contact us using the "Inquiry Form" at the bottom of the page.
2. After checking availability, we will inform you of the availability and cost.
We will also send you an invoice (deposit), so please check that as well.
3. Please check the details and, if you agree, pay the deposit.
4. Once we have confirmed receipt of payment, your reservation will be officially confirmed.
5. After that, you will be in contact with the Mahalo owner until the day of the trip.

1. We will contact you again approximately one week before departure from Japan to confirm the details and number of passengers.
7. After confirming the general details, we will present the final amount and send you an invoice (remaining balance).
8. Please transfer the remaining balance before departing for Japan.
9. Please contact the Mahalo owner up until the day of the trip.

▼About wearing life jackets (life vests)
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory when on board. Please be sure to wear one.
If you do not wear one, you will not be allowed to board the ship and no refunds will be given, so we ask for your cooperation.

You can bring your own.
However, please refrain from bringing items that are easily spilled, such as soup, or items with strong odors.
▼Fireworks viewing cruise
This plan does not guarantee the launch of fireworks.
In the case of a cruise for the purpose of watching fireworks,
In the unlikely event that the fireworks cannot be launched due to rain or bad weather, the special fireworks fee will be refunded at a later date.

14 to 8 days before embarkation: 30% of the cruise cost
7 to 2 days before embarkation: 50% of the cruise cost
The day before: 80% of the cruise cost
On the day: 100% of the cruise cost

Verbal cancellations are invalid. Cancellations made after 17:00 PM will be treated as cancellations the following day.
