Proposal and meetings

We will listen to your requests and propose a cruising plan just for you via email. You can also inspect the cruiser in advance or meet in person to discuss the details.

Reservations and applications

While you are considering your options, you can make a tentative reservation for one week free of charge. During that time, we will propose a cruise plan for you. Once you have decided on your plan, your reservation will be confirmed once you make a deposit and sign the terms and conditions.

Q Can I set sail in rainy weather?

Generally, we will depart as usual in rainy weather. The captain will make a decision based on safety as his first priority, and will determine whether there are any problems with operation.

Q Is it okay if this is my first time cruising?

Yes, that's no problem. Our dedicated cruise concierge will provide thorough support from proposal to booking completion, and staff will also be on board to help with the event on the day. This will reduce the burden on the organizer, allowing you to hold your event with peace of mind.

As a general rule, you can change the number of people up until five business days before the boarding date. After that, we may be able to accommodate cash payments on the day, so please contact us first.
