Boarding Information
At Tennozu Pier, once the ship has docked and all passengers have gathered, our staff will guide you in. You will need your card key to open the entrance gate, so please wait for the staff to guide you.
About using the pier
10:00～22:00
*Tennozu Pier closes at 22:00, so we will dock by 21:50. If your cruise is scheduled to dock after 21:50, we will use a different pier.
Pier reservation deadline
Reservations can also be made on the day. Please note that reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, so you may not be able to make a reservation for your desired time slot.
Please check with the cruise concierge in advance as availability is limited.
