Take the following bus from the bus stop on the first floor of the Haneda Airport International Terminal and get off at "Kuuko 2-chome Intersection"

Walk from Haneda Airport International Terminal to Haneda Airport Pier
After arriving at the international terminal by Keikyu Line or monorail, go outside the terminal from the first floor.
