Our service, “Tokyo Anniversary Cruise” was launched with hope that we can change ordinary one day to “Anniversary day” to each boarding customer.

What we always keep in mind is that we are cruising concierge and also we take the most important support role to celebrate your anniversary.Please let us take on all necessary arrangements including cruising arrangement, meal service, transportation service and other surprising events for participants.

1. Larger variety of cruiser We own over 70 kinds of cruiser which can meet different purposes; for gathering of both small party and large party; for BBQ party; for fishing activity. You can choose which types of cruiser body; retro-styled or stylish one and you can find the most favorable boat.
2. Answer “No” is not our way It is natural only one routine service cannot correspond to any requirements which differ according to customer. Our professional coordinating service customizes all things that would be keys to achieve customer’s satisfaction in cruising.	3. Professional knowledge of organizing event Tokyo Anniversary Cruise was generated from the initiative of professional group, Mid-Blue, Inc. whose expertise leads to success more than 150 party events annually. Not only we should be a leader in proposing attractive cruising event from organizer’s view, we should also be a consultant who can give customer the best suggestion for attracting guest.
4. Easy arrangement Our staff will arrange cruiser driver and cabin staff who handle driving, cleaning and maintenance of cruiser. All you have to do is just asking us to arrangement of music & movie, dishes and drinks and transportation.	5. Luxury cruising with reasonable prices We can offer you luxury cruising tour at reasonable prices which is almost the same price you would pay for dinner in a popular restaurant in Tokyo area as we have direct deals of cruiser owners. In addition to this, we can propose you customized option by cutting unnecessary service in cruising tour according to your requirements. It is little hard to do the same service for other cruising package.

Reservation flow

1. Request for a quote: Please inform us of the information; date, time, number of participant, budget, cruising area, type of cruiser and the other additional services. We will inform you a quote immediately.

2. Receive our proposed plan: Based on your requirements, we propose optimum plan (quote, date, kinds of cruiser, number of participant, meal, cruising course, and places for getting on / getting off cruiser)

3. Tentative reservation: You can have 7 day after tentative reservation to consider the other service content except date and kinds of cruiser. We recommend you take consideration after a tentative reservation.
We also provide preview opportunity if you have any concerns.
* If you have less than 30 days until your boarding date, tentative reservation service is not available.

4. Decide service content & receive a firm quote: With consideration of your budget and other requirements, we inform you of quote of services you applied via email. To meet your requirements, we can make some changes of kinds of cruiser, tour time, and content of meal,etc.

5. Application & Tentative reservation completed: After your acknowledgement of quote, please send application form to the Tokyo Anniversary Cruise Office via email or Fax. Application form together with policy conditions will be sent via email. Reservation will be completed after receiving application form. Regarding handling of policy conditions, please confirm the content and mail it signed and sealed to the office 4 days prior to your boarding date.

6. Receive a billing statement: Billing statement will be sent to you by email, or by mail if you hope so.

7. Payment of deposit & complete reservation: In 7 days after receiving billing statement, please make sure to complete deposit payment.
(* If you have less than 30 days until the boarding date, please complete the above procedure in 3 days)

8. Confirm boarding members: Please let us know the number of participant 5 days prior to the boarding date.

9. Complete Payment of the money left: Please let me ask you to pay the money left until 4 days before the boarding date. If any changes might be occurred after the payment, please make payment for the extra fee when you get on the board.

10. Boarding date: Please make sure all participants gather at your boarding place 20 minutes prior to the boarding time and call the office (03-6402-2260). Our cruiser picks you all up.

11. Follow up hearing: Our staff contacts you to hear your honest opinion on our cruising service is appreciated.
